Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Memory Service Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Wiltshire.

The successful candidate will work under supervision to prepare service users and their carers for diagnostic assessments, obtaining consent as necessary, and completing baseline evaluations. Ongoing support and information will be provided to service users and carers throughout the assessment period.

Main Responsibilities

The Memory Service Nurse will be responsible for guiding service users and their carers through the memory assessment process, from initial evaluation to diagnosis.

This role involves working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

$42,000 - $62,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
