We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Memory Service Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Wiltshire.
In this role, you will work under supervision to prepare service users and their carers for diagnostic assessments, obtain consent as necessary, and complete baseline evaluations.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe Memory Service Nurse will be responsible for guiding service users and their carers through the memory assessment process, from initial evaluation to diagnosis.
This role involves working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and their families.
Compensation and Benefits$48,000 - $68,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
