About the RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring seamless technical operations, working closely with the Production and Technical Department to deliver outstanding results. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and upgrading technical equipment, as well as providing training and development opportunities to colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities- Coordinating technical aspects of live performances, including lighting, sound, rigging, and scenery.
- Overseeing the maintenance and upgrade of technical equipment to ensure high standards.
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
