Workman LLP is seeking an experienced professional to manage our sales ledgers, raise invoices, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate billing, swift resolution of client queries, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee sales ledger operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales ledger performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
- Raise and post invoices, adhering to financial regulations.
- Produce detailed billing reports for internal stakeholders.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
