Sales Ledger Coordinator

T. Quality is seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Coordinator to join our team at our Swindon Head Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and be able to ensure the smooth running of our Sales Ledger.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our finance department. As a Sales Ledger Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing cash sheets, verifying and posting transactions onto our Sales Ledger, reviewing depot delivery copy invoices, and identifying customer credits required.
Key Responsibilities
* Process cash sheets from depots and other sources, verify and post onto Sales Ledger
* Review depot delivery copy invoices, identify any customer credits required, check and process accordingly
* Review, check, and process customer goods returned forms and customer credit requests from the Sales Centres for assigned depots
Requirements
* Strong understanding of financial operations and procedures
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
