The People Development Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our people are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, behaviours, and leadership to excel in their roles and contribute to the firm's success.

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for people development.

Job Description:

The Learning and Development Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of learning and development strategies.

  • Lead and manage the L&D admin and operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Certification in L&D (e.g. CIPD) would be preferred but not essential.
