We are excited to announce a permanent opportunity for a Clinical Software Trainer to join our team in Wales or a commutable distance. As a Digital Health Professional, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to GP Practices migrating to our EMIS Web system.

This is a field-based role requiring travel across Wales, with occasional overnight stays. You will work closely with our customers and internal departments to deliver high-quality training on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate has experience in coaching, mentoring, or training, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also have the ability to contribute to the creation of dynamic training materials and be flexible to travel throughout Wales and potentially the UK.

Our estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Transformation services to established customers, identifying and implementing high-complexity solutions.
  • Collect and analyze customer and/or user requirements and processes, matching these needs to EMIS Health products and services.
  • Advise and provide support to our customers regarding all aspects of the configuration of the EMIS Group products.
  • Detail customer activity reports within the agreed timeframe of a customer delivery day.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for excellent customer delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience of providing excellent customer service or customer delivery.
  • Ability to contribute to the creation of dynamic training materials.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout Wales and potentially the UK.
