Supply Chain Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team at The Princess Grace Hospital in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive goods receipting services into the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage goods Inwards, checking and receipting of goods into the Hospital and ensuring goods are segregated as per requesting departments
  • Receive, check and put away Materials Management products at the appropriate locations. Identify and report discrepancies as appropriate
  • Perform cycle count for inventory stocks in a timely and accurate manner to maintain stock at an agreed level
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure goods are returned to the suppliers in respect of product recalls and routine returns for incorrect deliveries
  • Assist with the monthly high cost consumables count, quarterly consignment counts and annual stock take

Requirements:

  • Previous Materials experience is essential, ideally within a theatre environment
  • Good Communication skills
  • Basic IT Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams
