Senior Physiotherapy and Health Leadership Professional

Job Summary
This role requires a senior physiotherapy professional to provide leadership and governance for physiotherapy and health services across Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will lead the development of evidence-based best practice, including innovative and evolving physiotherapy and health roles. They will support the Head of Profession for Physiotherapy to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality physiotherapy services across the Trust.
The post holder will engage the physiotherapy workforce to promote job satisfaction and best patient experience and outcomes. They will work with operational managers to ensure the current workforce is appropriately trained and have the appropriate skill mix.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC
- Relevant Masters qualification or equivalent work at this level
- Appropriate management development/leadership qualification
Desirable Qualifications
- Membership of national committees/focus groups/advisory groups/clinical excellence networks of relevance to service
