Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the non-clinical areas of our luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames.
Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing Food & Beverage service, Culinary (Kitchen), housekeeping, activities, and front of house (Reception & Concierge) to ensure an exceptional experience for our residents and visitors.
You will be responsible for building relationships with residents, championing their experience, and managing their expectations. You will also take the lead in resolving complaints and investigating incidents, while managing the home's budget and associated costs.
As a supportive and caring leader, you will ensure your team has the right skills to meet the needs of our home, identifying and facilitating any training and development. You will lead by example, maintaining high standards and setting clear expectations for each team member.
What We Offer- Up to £49,000 per annum plus annual bonus
