Join Our Team as a Hospitality Supervisor

At Signature Careers, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and hospitality services in our luxury homes. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest levels of service and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee Food & Beverage service, Culinary (Kitchen), housekeeping, activities, and front of house (Reception & Concierge) to ensure a seamless experience for residents and visitors.
  • Build relationships with residents, champion their experience, and take on board their feedback to manage their expectations.
  • Take the lead in resolving complaints and investigating incidents, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.
  • Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities for your team to meet the needs of our home.

  • Up to £49,000 per annum plus annual bonus
