Role Responsibilities
As the Coffee Shop Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations within the establishment, ensuring the well-being of customers, team members, and visitors, while staying informed about relevant legislation and business protocols.
Your leadership will be crucial in instilling the company's culture within the team, inspiring staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold high standards of product quality and shop presentation.
You will manage daily operations, which include inventory oversight, staff scheduling, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Duties
- Assume full responsibility for the performance and success of the coffee shop
