Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all non-clinical areas of our luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames.
Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing Food & Beverage service, Culinary (Kitchen), housekeeping, activities, and front of house (Reception & Concierge) to ensure an exceptional experience for our residents and visitors.
You will work closely with our residents, championing their experience, taking on board their feedback, and managing their expectations. You will also be responsible for resolving complaints and investigating incidents, as well as managing the home's budget and costs associated with your teams.
We are looking for a supportive and caring leader who can ensure their team has the right skills to meet the needs of our home. You will identify and facilitate any training and development, lead by example, and maintain high standards while setting clear expectations for each team member.
What We Offer- Competitive salary up to £49,000 per annum plus annual bonus
