Co-Ordinator - Full Time

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a highly skilled Co-Ordinator to join our championship-winning team in the Heritage programme. As an EPM and Allocations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating parts supply for our non-current cars, ensuring that all parts provided meet the correct specification and quality.

Reporting to the Parts Management Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing, allocating, and defining all on/off car parts for Heritage builds and events. Utilizing our company's ERP systems, you will report on operational priorities, car build status, and part delivery, maintaining stock values and part demand to support builds and events. Post-event, you will create reports to identify servicing requirements for each car.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven parts control experience within a similar environment
  • ERP and Lifing System knowledge is essential (Epicor and TLS systems preferred)
  • A committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and tight deadlines
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator, able to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the technical, operational, and heritage team
