Co-Ordinator - Full Time

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a highly skilled Co-Ordinator to join our championship-winning team in the role of EPM and Allocations Coordinator for our Heritage programme.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating parts supply for our non-current cars, ensuring that all parts provided are to the correct specification and quality. This will involve managing, allocating, and defining all on/off car parts for Heritage builds and events, utilizing our company ERP systems to report on operational priorities, car build status, and part delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven parts control experience within a similar environment, with a strong understanding of ERP and Lifing System knowledge, preferably in Epicor and TLS systems. They will also possess a committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and tight deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the technical, operational, and heritage team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate parts supply for non-current cars
  • Manage, allocate, and define all on/off car parts for Heritage builds and events

  • Work with the Parts Management Team Manager to ensure all parts provided are to the correct specification and quality
Requirements:
