Co-Ordinator - Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Co-Ordinator to join our team at Red Bull Racing & Technology. As a key member of our Heritage programme, you will be responsible for coordinating parts supply for our non-current cars, ensuring that all parts provided meet the required specification and quality.

Reporting to the Parts Management Team Manager, you will manage, allocate and define all on/off car parts for Heritage builds and events. Utilising our company ERP systems, you will report on operational priorities, car build status and part delivery, maintain stock values/part demand so that builds/events are supported and build specification adhered to. Post event, you will create the required reports to identify the servicing requirements for each car.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven parts control experience within a similar environment
  • ERP and Lifing System knowledge is essential (Epicor and TLS systems preferred)
  • A committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and tight deadlines
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator, being able to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the technical, operational and heritage team
