Job Title: Mechanical Plant Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Plant Engineer to join our team at Kintec Global Recruitment. As a Mechanical Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for providing mechanical, corrosion, inspection, and materials engineering support to our refinery and petrochemical plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering input to manage the mechanical integrity of our fixed equipment assets.
  • Ensure compliance to legislation, such as pressure systems safety regulations, through our written schemes of examination.
  • Act as a Technical Advisor to our business teams, providing assistance with risk-based decision making, management of change, and owners engineering.
  • Assess equipment condition in the field and define repair scopes to fixed equipment.
  • Develop worklists for events/turnarounds and support work scope creation to ensure safe, reliable operation.
  • Mentor other engineers, with the aim of developing both our knowledge and people.
