Luxury Cruise Sales Professional

Our client, a leading tour operator, is seeking an experienced Luxury Cruise Sales Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a proven track record of selling luxury cruise holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Sell luxury tailormade packages to clients, focusing on meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a consultative approach to help them choose their perfect cruise holiday.
  • Expert Knowledge: Provide expert advice on luxury cruise products, destinations, and travel experiences.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all pre and post-cruise customer interactions are handled professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, product, and service to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Requirements

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury cruise sales, with a strong understanding of luxury cruise products and destinations. They will be confident in their communication and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

A basic salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience, along with uncapped OTE, will be offered to the successful candidate.
