Job Description

AWE Plc is seeking a skilled Workplace Environment Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with the ability to manage and deliver a workplace environment that is safe, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation.

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and delivering a variety of facility management activities across AWE's highly regulated estates. The successful candidate will be required to act as the key interface between the facilities team, projects, residents, and other business functions/stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a designated portfolio of facilities
  • Maintain a high degree of effectiveness in a multitask role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales
  • Act as the key interface between the facilities team, projects, residents, and other business functions/stakeholders

Requirements

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Prior facility, health and safety, or relevant management experience

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this role is £47,180, plus benefits. The location is RG7 4PR, situated between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
