Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test and Validation Engineer to join our team at a leading innovator in the field of manufacturing and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Senior Design Engineers to verify and validate products using analytical and physical tests.
  2. Manage test facilities, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and user training.
  3. Support new product introduction and quality assurance for production units.
  4. Create and execute test plans, procedures, and design validation documents.
  5. Design and configure test equipment, perform competitor product analysis, and conduct physical tests.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of these standards.
  7. Prepare documentation throughout the design process and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Skills: Experience in Respiratory Protective Equipment testing, practical product testing, test documentation, and report writing.
  3. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with MINITAB statistical software and SolidWorks CAD Suite.
  4. Experience: Previous work in development and validation with bespoke testing methods.
