Job Title: Electronics/Senior Electronics Engineer
At Avon Protection, we are seeking an experienced Electronics/Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team. This role will provide electronic engineering support to the Underwater Systems engineering team in the maintenance and development of diving and life support systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and developing electronic components and systems, working closely with the Senior Electronics Engineer and other multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering new electronic products on-time and to specification, generating innovative design concepts, and producing detailed documentation. The ideal candidate will have a good degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant subject, experience in new product innovation and design for manufacture, and a proven track record of delivering innovative product designs on time. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work in a small team, manage and deliver own work, and possess good written and oral communication skills. If you are a skilled Electronics/Senior Electronics Engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic team, please apply. We are looking for someone who will be able to adopt our Avon design procedures, work with key suppliers, and manage the supply of electronic components. The successful candidate will also be able to design and develop electronic systems, including PCBs and microcontrollers, and implement safety analysis and implementation.
