About the Role:

  • Selling new luxury homes to prospective buyers, both domestic and international.
  • Providing clients with detailed information about the site, properties and any further knowledge about the local area and wider market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential/prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and ensuring both a smooth transition and exceptional journey.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, with additional performance-related bonuses and clearly defined paths for progression and advancement.
