As a National Account Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with key accounts.

Work with retailers to create and implement price promotional plans, activation plans, analyze stock needs, build forecasts, and chase orders.

  • Negotiate cost prices.
  • Manage, track, and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide clear and constructive input on brand stock forecasting.
  • Work with the NPD team to support customer feedback, pricing analysis, and deadlines.
  • Manage new account set-up end-to-end.
  • Arrange regular meetings and plan key range review events to present progress and updates on new range opportunities in line with strategic objectives of the brands.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Account Manager for major UK retailers, with Boots and Waitrose preferred.

    Strong capabilities in Excel (intermediate level) and PowerPoint skills to underpin rigorous commercial data understanding and sales presentation skills.

    Driven and self-motivated, with a strong planner and well-organized individual who can process data clearly and unemotionally, and make difficult decisions backed up by clear evidence and data.

    Able to solve problems creatively for customers to balance the aims of the business while accommodating the key accounts' needs.

    A diligent worker, able to balance own priorities while supporting wider team efforts and helping make the work of key account buyers easier.
