Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the company's growth and success by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Admin Assistant/Commercial background with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using software applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
