About the Role

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join their team in Preston. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, maintaining records, and delivering successful sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies.
  • Undertake market research and advertising to provide a pipeline for sales targets.
  • Assess customer requirements and build rapport.
  • Maintain show homes to meet quality standards.
  • Provide tours and product information to customers.
  • Provide accurate customer data and insight to key colleagues.
  • Liaise with external bodies such as solicitors and financial advisers.
Requirements
  • Experience in Property Sales and customer service.
  • Good working knowledge of the house building industry.
  • Significant knowledge of negotiation and sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
