About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering a tailored curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of learners. This will involve teaching highly effective lessons, monitoring progress, and enhancing pupil achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Learning:
    • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote academic achievements and develop life and social skills.
    • Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Staff Development and Quality Assurance:
    • Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school's appraisal process.
  • Other Duties:
    • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment by adhering to the school's policies and practices.
    • Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the overall well-being of students.
