About the Role

We are currently working with several primary schools in Sheffield who require Teaching Assistants to work on long-term, full-time, part-time, and day-to-day basis. We are looking for resilient Teaching Assistants with strong behaviour management skills to join our successful team.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people, a recognised teaching assistant qualification, and strong behaviour management skills. They will be confident in managing challenging behaviours, defusing situations, and creating a calm and positive environment for students to progress in.

This role involves working closely with the class teacher and other members of support staff to ensure that pupils receive the care required to meet their individual needs. The successful candidate will be committed to making a difference in the lives of students and will be eager to join a successful team of practitioners.
