Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and effective ophthalmological services, practicing the full remit of the specialty. They will also participate in clinical audit, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of new treatments and technologies.

The appointee will be expected to have a strong understanding of clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement principles, as well as experience in managing and administering clinical services. A competitive salary of £130,000 - £190,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to our employee assistance program.
