Care schedulers play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care services. As a Care Scheduler with TRCGroup, you will be responsible for managing rota planning, staff management, and referral coordination within a domiciliary care setting. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment Team to plan future workforce capacity and optimize staffing levels to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:
* Produce efficient and compliant rotas using a computer-based roster system
* Assign visits to care workers based on service user needs and preferences
* Manage referrals and complete the referral tracker

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
