The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff rotas using a computer-based roster system to ensure efficient and compliant scheduling.
  • Optimising workforce capacity by managing referrals, including completing referral trackers.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the service and contributing to future workforce planning.

Key Requirements:

  • A valid driving license and own transport.
  • Previous experience in rota management and scheduling within a domiciliary care setting.
  • A Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care.
