Band 3 Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and tenacious Helpdesk Support to join our Procurement team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional Helpdesk service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice, guidance and support to customers via email, telephone and in person.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer image.
- Record and track calls with internal support teams and 3rd party suppliers using our computerised systems.
- Liaise effectively with Suppliers, Procurement and Stores staff to ensure prompt resolution to customer enquiries.
- Prioritise all incoming work on a daily basis and respond quickly and appropriately to urgent/important issues.
- Provide administrative support to Procurement, including word processing, typing/keyboard skills and filing.
