We are Featherbank Selection, a leading provider of luxury care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Care Services to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of care planning and practice standards
- Conduct audits and investigations to ensure clinical compliance and quality of care
- Write and maintain care and clinical policies and procedures
- Lead a small quality team comprising of a Head of Medicines and Audit, a Head of Dementia Care, and a Group Leisure and Wellbeing Manager
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with experience in care planning, practice standards, and clinical compliance
- Ability to travel across the country to visit our various homes
- Strong leadership and management skills
