We are Featherbank Selection, a leading provider of luxury care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Care Services to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of care planning and practice standards
  • Conduct audits and investigations to ensure clinical compliance and quality of care
  • Write and maintain care and clinical policies and procedures
  • Lead a small quality team comprising of a Head of Medicines and Audit, a Head of Dementia Care, and a Group Leisure and Wellbeing Manager

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with experience in care planning, practice standards, and clinical compliance
  • Ability to travel across the country to visit our various homes
  • Strong leadership and management skills
