About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team at National Care Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of our individuals and colleagues, while striving to unlock their potential.

As the leader of your services, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and governance, while maintaining a strong oversight of your services. You will work closely with your Regional Operations Manager and Director to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Learning Disabilities and/or complex needs, as well as CQC experience. You will also have excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative. A high level of personal integrity and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a strong oversight of services
  3. Work closely with Regional Operations Manager and Director to ensure a smooth transition into the role
  4. Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance services
  5. Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
