Job Opportunity: IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar support role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
