What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Being the face of Virgin Hotels, welcoming every guest every time
  • Filtering information about the city and culture scene to all departments
  • Creating strong relationships within the community
  • Managing guest Valet services
  • Assisting with VIP process and meeting and greeting with VIPs
  • Learning and retaining complete knowledge of front office procedures
  • Completing job-specific checklists daily
  • Maintaining the Virgin Tone of Voice, culture, and level of standards
