**Job Type: Fixed Term from 1st June to 30th September - 40h per week**

**Main duties/responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Open and close doors for guests entering and leaving the establishment
- Assist with luggage and other items as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance area
- Monitor guests and visitors to ensure safety and security
- Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and respectful manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times
- Ensure that guests have a positive experience during their stay at the hotel

**Entry Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attentiveness, a well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion, a positive attitude and dependability.
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
