We are seeking a highly skilled Product Training Lead to join our team at Severn Glocon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to both internal and external customers on our products, services, and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
- Support the sales team by providing training and development programs for external customers, including bid preparation and client training.
- Work closely with the people team to develop individual learning plans and monitor progress.
- Develop training programs with external training authorities as required.
- A time-served engineer in a valve discipline with extensive knowledge of operating and maintaining all types of valves.
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar training role.
- Effective planning and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Recognized training qualification would be beneficial.
- Multilingual speaker would be an advantage.
