Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in the East Directorate of Kent & Medway NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new mental health revolution, working together to provide better care for our patients.

Main Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will provide clinical and professional supervision to junior staff, liaise with matron and service manager, and monitor and maintain the quality and standard of care provided to patients. You will also play a vital role in transferring patient care between Mental Health Together and Together Plus services.

Requirements

We are looking for a confident and experienced mental health clinician with a professional qualification in Nursing. You will have experience of working in a supervisory position and be able to demonstrate a willingness to ensure that KMPT's values are realised in the way that the service operates. Postgraduate leadership and/or management training is desirable.
