Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will provide guidance and leadership to junior staff, liaise with matron and service manager, and monitor and maintain the quality and standard of care provided to patients. You will also play a vital role in transferring patient care between Mental Health Together and Together Plus services.
RequirementsWe are looking for a confident and experienced mental health clinician with a professional qualification in Nursing. You will have experience of working in a supervisory position and be able to demonstrate a willingness to ensure that KMPT's values are realised in the way that the service operates. Postgraduate leadership and/or management training is desirable.
About the RoleThis is a great time to join the service as it is a time of ongoing transformation of community mental health services. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, providing care to patients with complex mental health needs.
