Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, providing clinical guidance and support to nurses within both programs
  • Champion quality care, working alongside Matrons and Head of Nursing to implement high-quality clinical practices
  • Advocate for your team, addressing concerns and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed
  • Share your expertise, staying up-to-date on best practices in mental health and mentoring colleagues through training and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, collaborating with the wider team to assess client needs and ensure placement in the most appropriate program
  • Optimize service flow, identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively to streamline the client journey
  • Provide direct care, maintaining a small caseload of clients with complex needs
