Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Coach to join our team at Cint AB. As a key member of our revenue growth enablement team, you will be responsible for coaching sales teams to optimize their performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Develop and deliver training content to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales coaching, training delivery, and program management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
