Residential Lodge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential lodge, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents. This will involve coordinating activities, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and providing administrative support.
You will be the trusted and go-to person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. This role is pivotal to the success of the lodge and the enjoyment of our residents.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is outgoing and friendly, with a love of people. You will have the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also displaying good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure.
You will be an accomplished administrator, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also have experience of working in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health and social care sectors.
