Residential Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the position of Residential Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our homeowners, who are the heart of our community. You will be the trusted point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders, managing a range of tasks including activities coordination, maintenance, and health and safety checks.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently with a high level of autonomy. If you have a background in administration, customer service, or a related field, and you are looking for a rewarding career that makes a difference, then we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate activities and events that enhance the resident experience and foster a sense of community
- Manage the maintenance of the lodge, including repairs, maintenance, and health and safety checks
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement
