About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and has a background in administration and customer service.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and co-ordinating activities and events. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge and the enjoyment of our Home Owners. You will have the opportunity to make a positive difference every day and be part of a professional, award-winning team.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a passion for providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Home Owners. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

You will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. Previous experience in similar backgrounds, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors, would be an advantage.
