Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of cabinets, countertops, and other woodworking projects. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of cabinets, countertops, and other woodworking projects
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard
  • Lead a team of carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in carpentry or cabinetmaking
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this job
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Able to speak, read, and comprehend English
  • Able to work in various conditions, including inside and outside with varying temperatures
  • Able to carry and move tools and materials needed for job completion (up to 75+ lbs. independently)
