Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our design-build team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of kitchen and bath projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage carpentry teams to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Inspect and approve work to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in finished carpentry or cabinetry, including finish work
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean RMV
Physical Requirements
  • Regular attendance and reliable transportation
  • Able to work in various conditions, including inside and outside, with varying temperatures
  • Able to carry and move tools and materials (up to 75+ lbs.)
  • Able to walk, stoop, climb, reach, and lift regularly
