Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design build team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build high-quality cabinets, countertops, and other woodwork components
  • Collaborate with our project managers and construction managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including face-to-face interactions and phone support
  • Develop and maintain a high level of professionalism, including strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and results
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in finished carpentry or cabinetry, including finish work
  • Full capabilities of all tools used on the job, with a focus on safe operations
  • Reliable and hardworking mindset, with a commitment to learning and growth
  • Experience working with face-to-face customer service, including homeowners
  • Valid driver's license and clean RMV
Physical Requirements
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this job
  • Reliable transportation is required, with some jobs requiring direct travel to and from the job site
  • Able to speak, read, and comprehend English, with bilingualism a plus
  • Able to work in various conditions, including inside and outside with varying temperatures
  • Able to carry and move tools and materials needed for job completion (up to 75+ lbs. independently)
  • Able to walk, stoop, climb, reach, lift regularly as a daily task
  • May be required to climb heights over 6'
