Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with solid occupational competency within Early Years Childcare to join our team as an Early Years Childcare Assessor Trainee or Qualified. The successful candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent and a minimum of a Level 2 English and Maths/GCSE equivalents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards to support the development of Apprentices in the Early Years Childcare sector.
  • Providing on-the-job training to staff and supporting the development of their skills and knowledge.
  • Organizing and planning training sessions and activities to meet the needs of Apprentices and staff.
  • Working closely with the training team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and assessment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and achievement.
Requirements
  • Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
  • Minimum of a Level 2 English and Maths/GCSE equivalents.
  • Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff.
  • Organizational skills and ability to plan time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Full, clean, UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £33,500 (depending on qualifications and experience) and an excellent package including holiday entitlement, mileage, and much more
