We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Smithton and Culloden, Inverness. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Your Role as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. You will work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop strategies to achieve them. Your role will involve:
- Empowering Independence: Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering self-confidence.
- Daily Activities: Assist with social and leisure activities, employment, and travel, promoting engagement and participation.
- Personalised Care: Offer compassionate, personal, and emotional support that respects each person's unique needs and preferences.
- Self-Sufficiency: Help individuals plan and manage their daily lives in their own homes, promoting autonomy and confidence.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
