Head of Growth and Revenue for Green Energy

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth and Revenue to lead our business development efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of the Green Recruitment Company team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the green energy market. They will be responsible for developing and executing a growth and revenue strategy that drives business expansion and customer acquisition in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a growth and revenue strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business initiatives
- Managing and mentoring a team of growth and revenue professionals
We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
